For most of us, clothing not only has to look good, but show our individual personality, while fitting our body type and feeling comfortable. Not all adaptive clothing lines available on the market accomplishes those things. Either there is no available size, or desired colour, or the functionalitiy is not suitable. This is especially true for off the rack clothing items.
This is why we have decided to offer adaptive alterations for your off the rack clothing. For example, that pretty winter coat that is so hard to get on and take off can be altered with side zippers to allow better functionalitiy while maintaining the style you desired.
If you have a product that you would like us to adapt, please contact us via email provided under the Contact Us page. Alterations vary in price depending on the clothing item requiring the adaptation. Customers are responsible for the cost to ship (to and from Jessie's Gear), for any and all items that require alterations.
Items must be new or freshly cleaned before alterations can be performed.
This is a "use at your own risk" service. Jessie's Gear will not be responsible for the replacement of unsatisfactory items. However, we strive for customer satisfaction and will work to achieve an acceptable resolution.
