Wear it on your back or hang it off a wheelchair! Has hooks to hold the feeding bag on top of the backpack while the feeding pump sits on the bottom of the bag allowing formula to flow without airlocks. Extra wide opening for the tube to come out through the bottom of the bag while it is zipped up. Snaps on outside to hold feeding hose so it doesn't drag loosly on the ground.
